SHIPPING


At the moment we ship to only US


All items are crafted on a need basis in order to minimize the amount of waste. Please allow us 1-3 business days to embroider, put together and ship your item. For customized items, depending on the complexity, items will be shipped in 3-5 business days. 


Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier confirming shipment and providing you with an estimated delivery date. Items are generally expected to be delivered 3-5 days after shipment.

RETURN POLICY


Please return your item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, keep in mind that this only includes the price paid for the item, not the shipping fees. 


Treat all items with care when trying on and do not remove any labels or tags. Any damaged items will not be refunded. 


When Returning items, please also include the invoice that was sent with your item, this allows us to process your return as quickly as possible! You may return the item using any carrier you prefer and will be required to pay for the shipping of your return.

REFUND POLICY


Complete and undamaged Items returned within 15 days of delivery qualify for a full refund of the item, not the shipping fees. 


Customized items are non-refundable. 

Please allow us 7-14 business days from the day we receive your return for the refund to be processed and show up in your bank account.
